Caveat emptor
This is NOT 12 gauge wire. The insulation is nice and thick, and it appears (from the outside) to be 12 gauge, but once you strip the insulation and compare it to actual 12 gauge wire, you will see. What you're getting is closer to 14 or 16 gauge wire. Whether or not it's OFC remains to be seen.

If you want 12awg wire, look elsewhere. The jacket on this wire is huge, and the wire itself measures only about 0.05" on my calipers - almost exactly what 16awg wire measures. No wonder it's so cheap. My Stinger 12awg wire measures about 0.08" on my calipers.
That said, it's a decent deal even for 16-ga wire, just know that's what you'll be getting.

Speaker Wire
Good speaker wire. You can wire up all the speakers in your truck/car. I wire up to 3 cars with that 100ft with out no problems...

I would say 14 instead of 12
Very thick plastic around the wire but still thick wire compared to others sold on different sites. I still use it for all purpose installs and works great. Great value from sonic!
