Good upgrade for the price
Fiio's upgrade cable is about half the price of most other aftermarket cables. This cable looks and feels nicer than the stock cable, and the connections appear to be more durable than the stock cable. It is more comfortable wrapped around your ear than the stock cable because it isn't as stiff. However, it has more microphonics (cable noise).
It's hard to say whether or not it improves sound quality on either the SE315 or SE215. If there is a difference, it is very small.
I did -1 star for features because I wish it had a built in mic and controls for smarphones.

BEST IN VALUE
I was searching around for a replacement wire for my UE900, when I stumbled upon this cable. The sound of my UE improved 10 fold...I think in terms of cost, this is the best cable in value and overall improvement to your expensive earphones.
