This is a factory original part for my old Sennheisers. The padding cover is a soft velour that will fade after a decade or so. The headphones look new again, which is fine, given the cost of new headphones.

Original Equipment Is A Perfect Fit.
Found this company on Ebay so I didn't have to get these from England which was my only other choose. These fit really good and are comfortable. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs headphone parts.
