These speakers are designed to play lower notes than other competitive models which means you'll have great bass reproduction even without a subwoofer. These speakers are a perfect option if you are replacing blown stock speakers or upgrading your system because they will sound great even with just the source-unit amplification. The Terminator series speakers are made of durable polypropylene cones and Mylar tweeters that are built to last. The lightweight polypropylene cone provides excellent sound reproduction and retains its stiffness over time. The Mylar dome tweeters reproduce clear high frequency sound with a solid build. With the included grille, you can rest assured the speakers will be protected.
The polypropylene woofer and mylar tweeter are engineered to reproduce high quality sound for any type of music and being from MTX it is designed to play lower notes than competitive models, so even if you don't have a subwoofer installed, you can still enjoy the low frequencies like bass drums.
These speakers are great for replacing stock stereo speakers for many reasons than just sounding great. The shallow mounting depth means you will have no trouble installing them in almost any vehicle.
