How it works in my situation....
The PBTR20 is a transmitter only. I can connect it to the headphone jack of my Nano 7 player with stereo cable. I have an AD2P Bluetooth Music Stereo Receiver which is connected to the input jack of my home stereo system. The PBTR20 syncs up to the AD2P receiver flawlessly. This setup results in very little signal loss between bluetooth devices. Without the PBTR20, my Nano7 transmits a bluetooth signal to the AD2P receiver, but I have to turn up the volume knob on the home stereo amplifier higher to get an equivalent decibel level.
