Give these headphones lots of time to aclimate themselves to your ears. You'll think there's no bass at first but once the cans loosen up they're amazing!

NIce set of cans for everyday listening
Bought these about a month ago and am very happy with the result. Great sound detail for anything I'm listening to, and fantastic at work because they don't leak any sound, especially when I'm in a room full of people. Everything is clear and crisp. Headphones are also gorgeous and extremely comfortable.
A few cons: the headphones are HUGE, so if you have a small head, go for something else, and the set doesn't come with a carrying case.
Overall though, definitely a great buy.

Love them!
I have owned them for only 2 weeks but so far, wow, I really like them. They look good, sound great, seems very durable. I must say I intend to use them only at work and not on transportation since they are big and not really made for mobility. They are comfortable (very important to me). Their sound is neutral, just as I wanted since I listen mostly to Jazz and light rock / folk. Still, they have some bass, just normal, not artificially more like some other headphones. I really recommend them!

Great product
Not as comfortable as the k271 mkII but they sound at least as good and are also louder. I also prefer to have a detachable lead but it is no so important

One of the Best Controllers People Don't Really Know About
For some time, I looked far and wide for a new DJ controller that would fit my needs since I had kind of out grown out of my old one. The only problem was that I wanted a professional DJ controller with a reasonable price tag. And I'm glad I waited because I found everything I wanted and more with the Gemini G4V.
This is a 4-channel USB DJ controller with very large jog wheels for a controller, 8 blue backlit performance pads, 3 band EQ with individual filters for each channel, made of steel construction, and a huge throw with it's pitch faders.
But by far the best feature was that I got it for $350!!!
It's almost like a clone of the Kontrol S4 controller by Native Instruments, except it's fairly larger, heavier, and it's about $450 dollars cheaper too.
It's especially awesome how I got a free pair of Sennheiser HD 205 headphones just for buying from Sonic Electronix.
There are only a few kinks you have to watch out for with this controller.
1) The fader caps are fairly soft and easy to bend. I transported my G4V to a gig in a backpack and it ended up bending one of the pitch faders. I wasn't really a problem though cause I just bent it back by hand. I'd suggest to get some sort of case for the GV4 so that it helps prevent this from happening. Which brings me into my next point.
2) The weight. The weight is both a bad thing and a good thing about this controller. The G4V's weighs about 10 pounds which is pretty hefty for a controller, so this isn't really one of those controllers you can just throw in a string bag and go on a nice walk with. But, the weight is a good thing as well. I did a gig a few weeks ago where the main speakers were like right next to the table I was DJing on. I could literally feel the table trembling from the bass, and this controller worked wonders under these condition because it was solid and hefty.
and the last one is...
3) The size. This controller is quite unique in that it's almost rectangular in shape. This made finding a controller case for the G4V quite a task in itself. But after a little research and dimension comparisons, I went with the CTRL Pioneer DDJ-SX case by Magma. The SX is possibly the closest well know controller which has similar dimensions to the G4V. In actuality, the DDJ-SR's dimension are even closer, but I went with a case made for the SX so I had a little more room to store some extra adapter, cables, and so on right in the case as well.
Bottom line, I love my G4V!!! It's strong, it's professional, it's cool, and mainly, it's much less expensive than most 4-channel DJ controllers. I'm sure I'll use this for many, many gigs to come.
