Excellent design and performance
This innovative product solves your marine VHF HT and GMRS HT problems. It's a great back-up marine radio for large or small craft, and if you drop it in the drink it floats for easy retrieval. The GMRS band allows ship to dock communication in a legal manner. The GMRS is also great for hiking, camping, hunting use. Another great use for this radio would be natural disaster use. I would recommend this radio to friends, and I am considering purchasing another.

Not working
Running in GRMS/FRR mode the volume is low and the radio is not useful. The radio works find the the VHF mode. I brought 2 radios and both has the same problem. I requested a replacement, as I though the radios was damage - but the new received radio has the same problem.
A bit disappointing
