this head unit is great. it has many features at a very low price compared to more expensive ones. it even has 4 volt pre amp outputs rather than ur average 2 so you will have better sound quality. the ipod control is great it just takes a day or two to get used to. i would recommend this to anyone. it also has a sleek look to complement your stylish interiors but not standout to much.

Just another amazing deck from Pioneer

In purchasing a deck that had iPod built in controls, this deck was making me want it since i am die hard pioneer fan because they make some of the best head units out there.

iPod control works better then my friends Premier DEH-6800MP with a add on ipod adapter. Controls only took about an 1 hour to get used it. Very nice head unit.

Yes there is some load time but no longer then i have to wait for a cd on the list button.

Only down fall for me is the design, it doesn't
exactly fit into a 1987 bmw that well but it fits better because of the dark trim. But they kept it simple and nassy lookin'

Great Head Unit

I recently installed this head unit, and I am really impressed. It has great features that allow you too modify your audio any which way. The controls take a while to get used to, but after you do get used to them they provide quick navigation. Overall, for the price this is a great head unit.

I just installed this in my 2002 grand prix gt man it make my pioneer component speakers sound great good buy !!!!

Very Nice Head Unit

I just installed this in my 2000 Toyota Tacoma. The free installation accessories made the install VERY clean. It looks awesome and I love the built in iPod control.

This head is a lot better than other pioneer heads, at a smaller cost. It does take a while to get used to, but this will definitely keep me entertained for a long time.

I have only had this installed for one day, but the second it was installed my crappy stock speakers sound better, and I can't wait to put in some components with this head unit and take advantage of the subwooofer options this deck provides.

I gave it a 3 on ease of use only because the multi-control can be difficult to get used to.

Awesome head unit!

I bought this to replace my Pioneer DEH-P4400 that I was using to listen to my iPod through the headphone jack and an adapter for the stereo. This one designed for an iPod is SOOOO much better! The features are great and it has too many features to mention. Sounds great. Definitely recommend spending the extra money to get the joystick like control knob on the unit/remote. Priced this same unit at B*** B**, it was $249+$30 for purchasing the iPod interface cable separately.

Perfect for ipod.

I bought this for 210 at an electronics store and i regret it because i know SonicElectronix has the best prices.

I got this for the main purpose of the i-Pod interface and i tell you it was the best investment i have ever made. The you can pick your play list or the artist quick and easy. The big letters also make it easy to read from a quick glance while driving to see what your actually listening to. And its easy to pass songs that your tired of listening to.

Overall the layout of the system is perfect. Picking stations is so easy on the tuner, bluetooth is seamless with my phone, the i-Pod attachment of course is amazing.

5 Stars all around and i would recommend this to friends or family.

great head unit for the price

I've had this in my 2007 Toyota Matrix for about a month now. I had the Pioneer DEH-P3700MP in my previous car and the P590iB is an excellent upgrade. The ipod control is much faster with the included ipod cable. Sound quality is excellent. The controls take a little while to get used to, and even though I understand what to do, it's easy to press the wrong direction. My only gripe is that the backlight inverts the colors about every ten seconds. It gets pretty annoying at night. Overall, this is a very good unit. This is a bargain for all the features you get.
