Nice for the price!
I purchased this to get the box I had off the seat. I had intended to use a Kenwood KFC-XW1000F shallow mount woofer but when I received the enclosure the speaker protrudes out of the box too much. I ended up using a Kicker CompR and that worked out fine. I like the fit, it is snug under the seat and just barely sticks out from under the seat. The carpet covering the box is not the highest grade but the seams are fairly clean. Overall I like the box. I like the sound the way downfiring loads the speaker. Just keep in mind how far your speaker protrudes above the mounting face since there is little room there. I suspect this enclosure would not stand up to large amounts of power but seems fairly strong for the average user.

Fit perfect
This box fit under the seat like it was made in the truck no movement at driving it's out if the way completely and what I didn't notice before buying was the ledge they have so your subwoofer does not make contact with the floorboard of your truck.
