With AppRadio, you can access your phone's Calendar, Maps, Photos and other compatible apps directly on the Pioneer touchscreen right in your dashboard.

Simply download Pioneer’s free of charge AppRadio application onto your iPhone or Android device and connect to the AppRadio receiver using the appropriate Pioneer connectivity kit (sold separately) to unleash the power of compatible apps right from the dash of your car.

AppRadio Knows Entertainment

Today’s entertainment comes from many places, and these days it’s more than likely your smartphone. People carry thousands of songs with them everywhere they go, and with current broadband connections they stream their music from different places too! AppRadio 3 knows entertainment, so we have built in the ability not only to play the songs stored on your smartphone, but also to stream them via Bluetooth from your favorite music app. Pioneer also listened to their customers and added in a CD/DVD player so you can enjoy a traditional library of music without having to have a smartphone connected.

The AppRadio 3 gives you choices - Whether you listen to music stored on your smartphone or stream it from some of the best music apps out there, AppRadio 3 will do it all. It offers full featured streaming capabilities as well as control of supported app functions using touch and motion gestures on a high resolution 7-inch capacitive touchscreen. It also includes a CD/DVD mechanism for playback of music and movies stored on conventional media. The AppRadio 3 motorized screen simply slides down and reveals an open slot to insert and eject your CD/DVDs easily.

AppRadio Knows Navigation

With AppRadio Mode you can choose from among more than six compatible navigation apps that include awesome apps like Waze and MotionX GPS Drive. You also have the option of using the built-in Google Maps on Android devices and Apple Maps on the iOS platform.
