This cap gives me enough power to drive my 3000w boss amp and 3000w Blaupunkt sub, even with the volume turned up to max the voltage only drops to 11.9V from a max of 13.4, my charging system isn't very good otherwise I would be getting more out of it

I just bought this cap, have had it for 3 or 4 days now. it blows away the cap i had before, my lights no longer dim, my engine idles smoother and my bass sounds cleaner. it looks very cool.
My only problem with it is how bright the l.e.d. lights are, makes it hard to see sometimes at night. The plus side of that is it lights up my cool stereo system well.
I like this cap and will be recommending it to my friends

This is a good product, it is kind of huge too instead of the usually average one of 1 or 2 farad caps. I appreciate the blue lights and the fact that it is chromed. It gives my trunk a new look: flashy but efficient. It does what it is supposed too and keep a low profile when the music is not in bass mode. I recommend this product for its look, its quality and for the price of course: Thanx S.E!

Easy to hookup, looks nice, got it hooked up in an rx8 stock electrical (100amp alt, duralast gold batt) with a kenwood 1800watt peak 900 rms amp, engine running idle it reads 13.8-14.7 with volume nearly all the way up. Only thing i dont like is how bright the lights are at night other than that its a great product.

Great Product

Product was purchased to be run in a 2005 Impreza (90A alternator) and yellow top Optimus battery, with a Infinity KAPPA ONE amplifier.

To be honest, I'm still alittle suspicious of this product's rating at it's cheaper and lighter than the 1F Rockford Fosgate product, but it does the job I need it to do - when the base hits, nothing electrical in the car appears to be effected.

I have been told that I don't need a cap this big for this application, however, I have had a 780w amplifier (40A fuse) on a 1F cap and a 140 amp alternator cause my headlights to dim so I went for a bit of overkill this time.

The digital display is fairly accurate and the LEDs react to the load produced by the amp. The display and LED's will kick off when voltage variation drops below some threshold.

It comes with a resistor to charge it, and the instructions supplied are sufficient.

Looks great mounted between two 12's.

Since I have nothing other than my suspicions that detract from this cap I will give it 5's across the board. If it fails on me... I'll post an update.
