I've been using the 2.4 farad model of this exact same capacitor for almost 2 years with no problems from it whatsoever. The cap has held up great in that time and hasn't cracked or been scratched at all despite it being such a bargain. The LCD screen and LED's are nice and bright. It's just an overall great buy.
NOTE: the LCD screen and the two LED's are only on when there is a significant amount of change in voltage (i.e. when you start your car, arm the alarm, or your subs are hitting). If there is no change in voltage for about 60 seconds they both turn off.
