With the long history of professional audio equipment manufactured my JBL, it is no surprise that the Grand Touring Series (GTO) produce some of the finest sound available for car speakers. By integrating the majority of JBL's top car speaker technology, these speakers are able to effectively deliver truly stunning audio, while keeping the price affordable for everyone. The tweeters on the GTO series speakers are an excellent example of JBL's advanced technology. Made from My/Ti (Mylar and Titanium composite), the tweeters offer a higher power handling, greater efficiency, and reduced distortion. To direct that sound where you want, JBL has designed a Unipoint rotating tweeter pod that allows the tweeter to be directed towards the listener. This results is better imaging and a more accurate sound stage. To top of the tweeter technology, JBL engineered a tweeter-level control switch that adjusts the tweeter dB output. This allows for more sound adjustments after the speaker is installed.
Sonic Electronix, one of the leaders in car audio, recently visited Harman, the premium global audio and infotainment group, at their research and development locations in Northridge, California and Detroit, Michigan. The purpose of these visits was to utilize and combine the powerful brand of Harman and the industry leading knowledge behind Sonic Electronix to begin working together on developing future car audio projects.

Excellent Product
Highly recommended. I ordered these speakers specifically for a 05 Toyota Sequoia with JBL system. The speakers; although not perfect, do fit in the door to replace the 7" factory speaker. Great sound and good base. The 2ohm speaker produces fantastic volume.

Great sounding speaker, good full range of sound and the ability to adjust the tweeter so easily comes in handy more often then I thought it would. It's handled many hours of being blasted down the road with the windows open.

worked well for 2002 Toyota Sequoia
Our 2002 Sequia front speakers blew. after checking with the dealer and getting a price of $400.00 each i looked for opptions. they sound great and fit fine using the adapter (turned out the factory speakers we're a little bigger.. around 7") but they worked!!

Ok speakers
I am using these in the front of my car. They are ok, but not much bass coming off them. I have JBL's in my front and Polk Audio in the rear and they sound great. The price was ok too.

Great price
Replace stock speakers on 02 Dodge Durango with this JBL and add a 4 cha. amp wooo. Lots of mid bass came out of these little speakers. just make sure that you have some power going to them or will not get loud and clear.
