The Pioneer DMH-470EX is a versatile 7" digital media receiver designed to modernize your vehicle's dashboard with a high-resolution, responsive interface. It features a WSVGA capacitive touchscreen (1024 x 600), offering clearer visuals and faster touch response than traditional resistive screens. While it focuses on digital media and smartphone connectivity through WebLink, its short-chassis design makes it easier to install in modern vehicles with limited depth behind the dash.
DMH-470EX is an excellent foundation for an audio upgrade. It includes a built-in MOSFET amplifier delivering 14 Watts RMS x 4 and is equipped with 1 pair of 2V RCA preamp outputs (Front and Subwoofer). For precision tuning, it offers a 13-band graphic equalizer, built-in crossovers (HPF/LPF), and Time Alignment to center the soundstage for the driver. It also supports high-resolution audio formats like FLAC and WAV via USB and is dual-camera ready for enhanced safety.
