The 2 Inputs will support any of the following combinations: iPod/Auxiliary, iPod/HD Tuner (Sold Separately), or Auxiliary/HD Tuner. The iPod input can be used as full control from the radio or full control from the iPod. If a factory radio SAT tuner or DVD video system is present, it will continue to operate. Silverado IPod adapter
After I finally got around to installing the PAC adapter - this is great, works as promised. I can plug my satellite radio directly into the 3.5 plug and have my IPod. Wish I had installed it right away.
