I like the ease of use and am extremely satisfied with the simple plug and play technology. The item arrived quickly with great instructions. In fact, I was so excited for it to arrive, I watched a lot of YouTube videos featuring my specific Grom unit all the way up to the day of install! The company is solid, the product is outstanding and the customer support is superior. If your reading reviews because you cant decide whether or not to make a purchase - JUST DO IT- you will not be dissatisfied! Two days after my install I came back and bought a unit for my friends birthday - due to arrive today! :)
