Product failed just 1 year old

I believed this is a great product and that was why we got one on boxing day sales 2012. But it failed on Christmas Day 2013. I do not know if I should get the same one again.

Good Product and Good Service

I had an electric thermo pot from a different vendor, which was about $35 cheaper, but it died in less than 2 years. When I was looking for a replacement, I picked the Panasonic NC-PF30PV after reviewing many thermo pots from different vendors. I've been using it for 6 months now and happy about my choice. I have no complaints about its look and features. If any, I wish they had a model of larger capacity. I was impressed by Sonic Electronix service. I got my unit in 3 days after I placed my order with standard delivery.

Panasonic Hot Water Airpot

I'm a fan of Panasonic products, and the NC-PF30PV is terrific. I bought it to heat and keep warm the water I use for tea. There are three temperature settings that work with black, green, yellow & white. The cleaning cycle that works with lemon juice really works to get rid of the mineral deposits. I drink from a double-walled, insulated travel glass with a screen that allows me multiple 'rinses' of my tea. The water is ready when I need it. I only wish I had bought the larger model since my fellow faculty tea drinkers are also using it. I did careful price comparisons and checked out other manufacturers. This is really good value.
