Kicker ZXSUM8 (10ZXSUM8)

Not great for all applications

I had this device installed in a 2013 Honda Accord, and the vehicle has been back twice to work out the bugs. The Active Noise Cancelling system had to be deactivated by disconnecting the front and rear microphone, once that issue was solved, we now have to crank the volume in order to get the Kicker ZX10SUM8 to send power to the rear amp that operates the sub. We have had many issues, to include the amp sounding under powered as compared to the LC2i that was installed before powering the interior speakers separately. Good luck and make sure this is usable in your vehicle application.

Exactly what I needed

Easy install, easy setup and adjustment, worked well for interfacing with my '09 Jeep Wrangler factory stereo.

Good product, does exactly what it says, and does it well. Takes a little tinkering to get setup, but if your buying this product your more than likely aware of this fact, and probably purchasing DUE to flexibility and control this item can give you over your system.
Hands down Awesome! There are others in the product market, but you get a lot of functionality for the price point.

I installed this in an 2014 dodge ram with a 5.0 uconnect radio it works great no problems to speak of easy to hook up works great since nobody has anything else i can use as of this date the only bad thing i can say is that the trigger turns on the amps when i open my doors so when i start my truck i get a thump thru the speakers but its not a big deal !!!

Works well for the money, not the best solution though

Bought this to add an aftermarket sound setup to my 04 Accord. Works well as a line driver, works okay as a summing device. I ended up getting a Pioneer head unit to use as my audio source, bypassing the terrible stock radio, sounds considerably better.

After having problems with hooking up a aftermarket amplifier with a factory head unit this turned out to be a good buy. I recommend if you have a stock head unit to use this item
