The Pioneer P4200DVD has integrated breakthrough touch screen controls that are intuitive and easy to use. The rear of the unit has 3 sets of 4V preamp output that are ready to be connected to an amplifier and produce accurate, clear sound. A powerful 8-band EEQ parametric and graphical equalizer provides an entirely new level of audio tuning. Inside the double DIN chassis, Pioneer has incorporated their famous Advanced Sound Retrieval technology to restore the lost frequencies of music when they are compressed digitally. When turned on, your digital music will sound bright and clear, just as they were meant to be heard. A Region 1 DVD player offers excellent playback of DVDs, as well as DVD-R, DVD+R, and DivX Movies.
The full featured Pioneer AVIC-U220 navigation system features over 12 million points of interest, maps for the entire United States and Canada, voice prompts, multi-destination route planning,and more. Choosing between the 2D or 3D map views lets you get the look that fits your taste. The SD Card slot and the USB port allow maps to be updated quickly, getting you on the road faster. The Nav on this is not up to a tom tom reroutes are bad street names missing or not displayed poi are half gone i would hang on to the good old tom tom all else with unit is really good sound is nice and crisp its worth it but expected better from Pioneer in the nav dept.
