Excellent customer service/Great product
This item was very easy to install. It works perfect i have no complaints at all When i called customer service for some information they were nice and extremely helpful i would recommend this company and there products. Respectfully Norman Ritter
Worked Great... until it got damp
I would recommend this product, as it installs very easy, works great! here is the catch. I have had mine for coming up on 2 years. As you know this product is installed inside the fairing of your Harley, which is NOT waterproof. So this being said I just found out that over time the build up of moisture caused corrosion on the circuit board and it looks like a row of tiny micro processors burned out. The unit is completely non functional now and needs to be replaced. Do yourself a favor and use some kind of sealant on this unit before installing, and save some $$$ from my lesson.
