One of the best set i ever had, great sound and outstanding price!

Great speakers

I have always enjoyed Cerwin Vega speakers. These live up to the name and reputation.

Not worth much

I have a set of Cerwin Vega 6x9's in a 95 Dodge Ram. These things wont handle much power. I'm using a Kenwood head unit and it's a little too much for them. I'll buy Kicker next time.

Great highs; Punchy bass.

I would recommmend these to anyone, who is looking to crisp highs and punchy lows. Yes, it's just a six by nine. But like all other speakers out there, there is Pros & Cons.
THE PROS:
1.It handles its own. (the power rating is correct & doenst need ALL of the power to perform @ moderate to high quality sound)
2.It's a good looking speaker
3.It's a great sounding speaker that'll last you a lifetime if treated properly.
THE CONS:
1. The mounting depth is a little more then most (although i've NEVER had problems with any aftermarket speaker because of placement)
2.It's made by Cerwin Vega (An unfamiliar brand but GREAT reliable brand who's been around for years)
3.The high RMS rating. (don't worry about powering it with full rms, these speakers only need 75% to bang real well.)

Best value

Bought these 6 months ago, been running them ever since. These are definitely the best 6x9's I've heard in this price range, no doubt. They put out nice clear bass and mids, and were the missing link to my system. Pair these with a decent set of 6" speakers, tweeters and a sub (optional) and enjoy your music fully. I'd recommend these to anyone.
