The TS85 subwoofers have a cast aluminum basket for strength and durability as well as a black anodized aluminum cone with a laser etched MTX Audio gothic logo. Point blank - they sound as good as they look. They are perfect for any ride from rusted out Rivieras to bangin' Bentleys and they will be the envy of the neighborhood.

getz loud!!!
its louder than l7's and its the best sounding square on the market. needs to break in though. I had mine installed in a 2.8 cuft enclosure ported @ 38hz, and it still handles 30hz and below with some credibility. 750watts rms is underrated, more like 1000watts. sure to hit over 130db spl.

underpowered
just got two of these in a large ported box, with an alpine m1000 to power them and even when underpowered theses puppies are loud! I hit 141.9 db at the kick panel in a 99 taurus with the back seats folded down. When u get the right power to them im sure they will just be scary!!
And be sure to break them in. The tag says they require 4 hrs of aggressive break-in.
