This stereo installation kit is engineered to help you install an aftermarket 4" tall (Double-DIN) radio into the original vehicle dashboard. This dash kit helps make radio replacement easier and is textured to match the original look and feel of the vehicle's dashboard. Modifications to the factory dash panel are required for this installation and instructions are included. Installing an aftermarket radio can upgrade the sound quality and provide additional features the original factory radio couldn't offer but requires this dash kit to make it fit.

It gives the OBS F-150/Bronco a great look
The install was OK, not great. The instructions left a couple of gray areas and I had to use YouTube to see exactly what to do. When you start cutting, it gets a little bit scary. I made the mistake buying a head unit off Amazon, a Chinese European Double Din, its slightly larger and doesn't fit through the Metra kit. I'm going to buy another double din unit and replace the Chinese one. Be careful when using this kit, my '94 Bronco's HVAC mounting point all broke because of age. I had to "rebuild' the mounting points and later found out that there is a kit to repair the broken mounting holes, it's on OBS Interiors if you need them. All in all, it's a decent kit, not too overly happy with how it fits with the Euro Double Din fitment, but I'll change it out soon. I would recommend this product, but don't buy a Euro Double Din when upgrading your head unit.

If I had to describe the product I ordered, I wouldn't be able to. I didn't receive what I ordered. The product they sent me was for a totally different vehicle. When I informed them of the mix up, I was told I would have to purchase a return label to send it back. Also that I would have to provide photos showing the wrong product, which I did, with no response after a week.
