Pioneer Still Rocks!

Speakers sound excellent installed in rear doors of chevy blazer running off an Alpine 40 watt older amp these things crank. just bringing them past the break-in point, have had about 35-40% power and they produce a crisp but deafening soundfield throughout the cab. I listen to it all but you can really take advantage of the 4 way with techno or metal i swear these speakers allow you to hear like a fourth dimension on an album or song you thought you knew every beat too, specifically in the drums and back-up guitar area. i am replacing a set of alpine type S and the increase in sound with the pioneers is more then i expected i will be purchacing more pioneer speakers soon from sonicelectronix.com they ship fast and you know what your getting

I love this product easy to install and the sound was great, I would by more.

a nice set of speakers to have

I have a pair of these speakers installed in a custom made console in my car and they sound great hooked up to an amp that's not too powerfull but strong enough to get all of the potential out of them. I would definately recomend these for anyone wanting good quallity sounding speakers for their car without having to spend an unreasonable amount of money.

Not bad for bass and size.

These speakers have about an inch of excursion. Cool and crazy but awesome to have.

Great speakers for the price!!!

I wanted a speaker with a high sensitivity rating which these did. a rubber surround for longevity and durability. I bought 3 pairs for my civic and I plan on buying a 4th..I'm powering them with a Power Acoustik LT960/4. These crank!! Great value for the price. A+++

Nice speakers if you are looking for a crisp nice sound. Not much bass on them but who cares if you are running some subs. Overall good speakers for the price.

nice speakers, great for the price. I am very satisfied with their performance, the only draw back is their lack of bass, but paired with a sub they would be excellent. awesome mids and highs, would buy again.

Good speakers, need an amp.

Got two pairs of these put in about a month ago. I was a bit disapointed, because it was a lot louder, and the mids and highs sounded great, but the bass was distorted. It sort of buzzed instead of beating. But then i got a 4X75 amp and hooked them up and they sounded amazing. The guy at the audio shop said the propylene woofers are so heavy that the head unit doesnt send out enough wattage to move them like theyre supposed to.

I would recommend these speakers, I have 4 in my 95 Tahoe and they are very crisp and clean sounding. Plus did I mention they are great for the price.
