Do NOT purchase for 2020 Ford F250
The description says it will work, but it does not. You can not activate any camera while driving (main reason for cargo camera), when you hold down the seek button for 3 seconds while in reverse, your camera will not display (you have to stop, put it in drive, then put it back into reverse, then hold the button yet again to activate it), and you can not keep the front camera on for longer than 3 seconds when shifting into drive. I contacted CRUX and tried working with them to fix the issues and they finally said that they can not fix it. Sonic Electronix was supposed to wait until I was done with CRUX to move forward with an RMA, but they will only issue credit, not refund. I needed a refund because they sold a product that did not work as advertised, but that doesnt matter because the support team has ghosted me and wont respond any more. I would not purchase anything from this supplier since they wont stand behind the products they advertise and sell.
