How do I safely match the 9.5V output to my amplifier?

This unit provides a massive signal. Start with the gain dials at 25% and watch the LED Clip Indicators. If they turn red, back off. This prevents "slamming" your amp’s inputs and ensures a clean, non-distorted signal.

My factory radio mutes after I tap the wires. What is the fix?

Modern "Smart" radios check for speaker resistance. Flip the Load Selection switch to 20-or 60-ohm. This tricks the car into "seeing" a speaker, preventing the radio from entering a protective mute or shutting down

The amp won't turn on. Which "Turn-On Mode" should I use?

Use DC (DC Offset) for most modern factory head units. Use AUD (Audio) if you are tapping a signal after a factory amplifier. If neither wakes the amp, move the amp's remote wire to a switched 12V ignition fuse.

How do I get 4 channels of output if I only have 2 input wires?

Set the Input Mode switch to 2CH. This "copies" your single pair of inputs across all four RCA outputs. It’s the perfect solution for running a 4-channel amp without using messy RCA "Y-splitters" or extra tapping.

I hear a loud "hiss" or engine whine. How do I solve it?

This is a ground loop. Use the Ground Isolation switch to toggle between GND, ISO, and 200-ohm while the engine is running. One of these will "break" the noise loop. Also, ensure the Black ground wire is on bare metal.
