Ensure you are using the correct rubber insert for your bar diameter (2.25" to 3.25"). If it’s still sliding, clean the bar with rubbing alcohol to remove wax or oils. For smaller bars, you may need additional rubber stripping to fill the gap.

No. These are heavy-duty towers intended for metal wakeboard towers or roll cages. Mounting to thin plastic or fiberglass without a metal backing plate can cause "spider-cracking" or structural failure due to the leverage and vibration.
This indicates "voltage drop." Your LED power wires are likely too thin or sharing a weak ground with the speaker amp. Run a dedicated 16-gauge power and ground wire for the LEDs to a stable 12V source to ensure consistent brightness.
This is IP65-rated, but the wire connections are the most vulnerable point. Use terminal covers and apply marine-grade heat shrink to all wires. For vertical mounts, ensure the wire "drips" downward before entering the terminal to prevent water tracking.
