The AXRSCH-FD3 is a vehicle-specific radio status control harness built to seamlessly integrate a broad selection of aftermarket radios into non-amplified vehicles. It bridges the gap between factory settings and your new head unit, preventing the loss of essential vehicle data. This harness retains steering wheel audio controls, Retained Accessory Power (R.A.P.), and original equipment (OE) personalization settings, while also supplying 12-volt accessory power and crucial NAV outputs like reverse, parking brake, and speed sense.
Designed for an easy plug-and-play installation, it enables users to view and adjust HVAC functions and vehicle gauges directly from the aftermarket screen. Additionally, it supports an auto stop/start override and retains safety chimes, though an external speaker is required. This harness must be paired with the AXRSC radio status control interface (sold separately), and an additional Axxess Amp Retention Interface is required if you are maintaining a B&O amplified system.
