Great Android Device
This is a great little android device. I have not installed it in my car yet but just hooking it up to my TV I have had a chance to play around with it. Not sure how I will like it going from my big TV screen to a little screen in my car. The only issue I had was getting the Google Play Store to work on it. But I will see if I can fix that. But we shall see!

I bought this on an impulse because I thought the idea of it was really cool. Overall its pretty good but there's a couple things I dont like.
The interface isnt a true Android interface so navigating it is a little difficult at first. You can't really do too crazy of apps on it since you can't use a touchscreen on the remote. Luckily I bought the promo that Sonic was offering and it came with a keyboard with a touchpad which definitely helps but the touchpad is still kinda small.
I have an hdmi output on my phone already but i dont have any hdmi inputs to connect to in my car so that feature was kind of pointless.
The streaming worked very well when i was watching moves on Netflix.
The sound quality was good when i hooked up a flash drive to the USB inputs and the playlist interface was easy to use.
Overall, its a cool idea but a lot of the features i can do with my phone although this unit does make it nice to integrate. Maybe theyll come out with some software updates that will make it even better.

I bought this two weeks ago along with the Concept CFD105 monitor so i could take advantage of the HDMI output on this unit. I hooked everything up, turned it on and it worked like a charm. I was able to connect it to the wifi hotspot on my Galaxy S3 and stream Netflix and Pandora perfectly. The interface is a little different than the Android interface on your phone so it took a little getting used to the different icons and layout but it wasn't too complicated. I also downloaded a couple apps and they worked great. The HD quality was perfect and am very pleased with my buy. Highly recommend.

I used a 12v adapter and installed this tiny computer in my office to test it. Movies looked good but the internet looked like crap on my little 8 inch overhead dvd player. So, I plugged it into my HD flat screen and it's absolutely beautiful. Works like a dream. I think its a great concept, but how many people have high def monitors in their cars? So, I guess I want this unit to plug into my in-dash screen but I won't go through the trouble since my in-dash is not hi def. this little guy is like my internet tv box in my living room, only million more features. I like that it has android OS and can interact with the internet and with apps like my phone. Only, I don't have to look at a 3" screen anymore. I wish the wifi antenna was stronger. However, the media streaming worked very well with music, movies, and pictures. This box has me wondering how close we are to replacing bluray players and in dash players. If I begin storing all my movies and music on a flash drive or an external hard drive, then this is the perfect media hub. I wish it had an adapter to go from house to car because I'll be using this in my living room often. It turns my T.V. into a huge smart phone... without the phone. Pretty cool.
