Phase Plug for Sound Quality
Audiopipe designed the G8-CP4 speaker with an incorporated phase plug to provide quality high frequency response. The phase plug equalizes sound wave lengths which prevents the sound waves from colliding. Sound wave collisions can cause cancellations and frequency response problems, resulting in greatly reduced overall sound quality.
