Oh yeah, it works as described!!!!
I purchased a VIMGM94 for my 2011 Yukon Denali factory radio/dvd/navigation & it works just as described in the site. It took me more time to take the radio out & put back in, without breaking the face panel,than it did plugging the VIM device in. It's a super simple plug n play that's color coded & dumb-dumb proof. Just make sure you also plug in those GPS cables as well & make sure none of your other plugs to your radio are connected when reinstalling it.
