Great Product

The amp meter I purchased was an great buy for very little cost. I have it hooked up to my stereo system and the blue led light on it is awesome for show. It works good and gets the job done. I would recommend it to all and will use more in the future.

Good value for the money

I bought two of these meters to monitor the voltage on my boat batteries. While they do flicker a little especially when the charger is on they work very well. They are also quite bright. They act as our night light. I do plan to put them on a switch eventually but see no need right now.

Great to Monitor Solar Voltage at Controller

I bought this Voltage Meter to monitor Solar voltage after the controller. Works perfectly. I know at a glance what the controller is doing.

Great product, great price

Just finished putting together my electrical in my '01 Corolla, the last part being this meter since my car doesn't come with one in the gauge cluster. This is an awesome little meter, very small footprint so it can be placed literally anywhere. No drilling, no screwing, simply snaps into place (though modifications may be needed to place in the actual dash). Installation took literally all of about 5 minutes and was VERY easy. Splice the red wire into switched +12V power, splice the ground into... Well, a common ground. Mine is wired to my head unit.

There is only one downside. It fluctuates a lot, but only when other electronics are being used and drawing AC current. If left alone, it will find a resting point. One of the other reviews said it has an auto turn-off in which it does, but the positive wire MUST be wired into a source of switched +12V power. Otherwise it will remain on. My guess as to the fluctuation problem would be to extend the wires and run it directly off the battery, it sat at a stable 12.6V for as long as I held it on there.

All in all, it does exactly what I needed it to do, and looks good doing it. Very affordable! Sonic has always hooked me up and you can bet I will come back for all my audio needs. Thanks Sonic!

i just installed in my 96 Caprice and part of the last number does not work, not very happy about that, maybe the one i got was just a defect, but other then that it is a nice looking volt meter, i will try the stinger brand next time.
