Return (RA) Procedure

How to return a product to Sonic Electronix

We understand you can change your mind about a product you purchased. In order to return a product, you must first get a Return Authorization (RA Number). Follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your account and start at either the Orders or Returns tab
  2. Click on the "Request an RA" next to the order for which you want to return a product
  3. Complete the form and allow 48-72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) and our team will reply with instructions
