First time using Sonic Electronix and definitely coming back!

So there was a problem with an order i placed, a 10" subwoofer that was in stock and then not, and then back again and you get the idea. So after 5 days or so that I ordered i got the third call with bad news again, the sub was back ordered, so they transfer me to sales and I was going to cancel the order until Andrew came to the rescue and offer me the same sub, in 12" at not extra cost and of course I didn't take my business elsewhere.

You can't beat great prices with even better customer service, I will continue to purchase from SE and hopefully continue to get the same customer support.
