Called about a shipping issue i was having and spoke with mr serrano. He couldnt fix the issue at that moment but shortly after fixed the issue and emailed back. That is spectacular customer service. Just a note this was over a dc audio amp i like dc audio products and will buy only through sonic. If i have to deal with them directly i wont and will buy another brand. Dc audio soundlabs customer service is none existant. You guys are the only reason i buy dc at all.
