Customer service is simply amazing! Orders a stereo but a website error kept me from adding the free installation kit (who else offers that?!). Emailed customer service at 11pm and got a response and fix in 10 minutes! Next day I was shopping for a rear entertainment system and found there prices competitive so contacted them again to see if I could add it on to my previous order. Within 30 minutes they sent me a payment link and added on to my order and everything shipped together. Everything arrived on time. Awesome experience.
