I contacted coustmer service and spoke to a supervisor and he went out of his way to help fix my problem.

This was the first time that I have dealt with Sonic Electronics, but it won't be the last time. I have been out of the car audio world for 15 years and wanted to get back into it. Although not wanting to be like I was when I was young. It has changed drastically!! They really listened to what I was saying and wanted, then helped me get what fit those things. Don't find that much anymore, most just want to sell and forget you. Nice to see someone who really wants to keep their customers!! THANKS

I have ordered car audio speakers, subs and amps from Sonic Electronix many times. The experience has always been flawless. Over the holidays I experienced my first glitch with a backordered item, but Sonic went the extra mile and refunded the price, shipped the item anyway, and sent me a free t-shirt for my trouble.

Sonic Electronix clearly values customer loyalty - something that is hard to find these days.

Let’s start off by with this bold statement:
I'm pretty sure it’s physically impossible to have experienced better customer service than what I was just given. Thank you Michael! On top of this, no matter what problem or questions I ever had, sonic replied instantly and worked with me through every little detail making everything perfect and easy. Unlike other companies that I have dealt with, sonic clearly cares about their customers and is actually willing to make things right. I will continue to always shop through them and refer as many people as I can. Thanks sonic. And a shout out to Michael. Most customer support reps usually ask a ton of questions that come across as stupid, pointless and leave the customer irritated for bothering to call. They draw out the process in hopes they won’t have to do anything, as if money is getting pulled out of their own pocket or you are somehow a huge burden. (I’m sure everyone knows what I’m talking about when you went to return something somewhere else). Instead Michael was extremely helpful and quick to make things right. No 20 questions. Just yes I understand, will this work, done! Literally that quick and easy.

The customer service I received from these guys is second to none. I have made a couple purchases online and am now a loyal customer!
