Sonic Electronix makes it easier to research and compare products and the way the filtering process is done is second to none. I feel it enables all types of consumers, from the totally-not-knowing to the pros, to look and find what exactly they are looking for and researching. it actually helped me purchase another product that worked better with my setup than what I had had my mind set on purchasing.

When there was a defect with a part I ordered, Sonic allowed me to exchange the faulty parts no questions asked. When there was further complications with my order, Sonic made it right in the end. I am very pleased with the shipping time and the price I paid for my bt765hd. It arrived quickly, the install kit for my application was beyond perfect. The unit was a great update over my stock stereo. Now all I need is a recommendation from sonic on a great deal for replacement speakers in my 01 Silverado. The new head has plenty of umph to drive better speakers..
