Not only did all my products arive in a very fast timeframe, but when I had to return a headunit the process was easy and painless. Speaking to a customer representative was a joy, and they helped set my mind at ease about the whole process.

I have been a sonic customer for nearly 10 years for good reason. Prices and selection was what attracted me. I was a bit skeptical about buying from an online retailer but I decided to give it a try. I recently replaced an amp and sub that I originally purchased from sonic that finally gave out after nearly 10 years. The new amp I got from sonic was great but blew after a few months. I contacted them and sent it back for replacement no questions asked. The blown amp may have also ripped the cone off the rubber. I didn't notice until after I got the replacement amp, so I sent the sub in for replacement shortly after. Again sonic replace the damaged component no questions asked. On the way back, UPS lost the package and told me that it would take 8 business days to investigate which is absolutely absurd and unreasonable. Not only was UPS completely at fault, but they were completely uncooperative also. They refuse to even offer some sort of compensation. I continuously called them about 6 times in the next 24 hours trying to get resolve the situation. I finally gave up and called sonic. I was not expecting much but I was very pleasantly surprised how sonic handled my situation. I was asked to fill out a claims form and within 2 hours a rep call regarding a replacement. Sonic gave me a full credit toward a new purchase and sent it out immediately. I am a customer for life.

I've recently purchased an entire new system from Sonicelectronix. My 0 Guage wire kit, a Hifonics Zeus 2400.1D amp, that is powering my newest purchase of 2 Rockford Fosgate P3 D2 15's. They are sitting in a ported Atrend box I also purchased from Sonic. Great prices, timely shipping, and awesome customer service. I wont shop anywhere else online.

They have the gear you want at the lowest prices. I don't mind waiting the 6 to 7 days for my electronics to be delivered from across America. I said it before, I will be getting everything I need from Sonic from now on. Definitely keep up on the sales they have, you never know what will pop up.
