I'd been a Crutchfield guy for a long time, and have had really good luck with them. This is the first time I've bought car audio from anywhere else online, and the experience has been great. The entire site is designed really well, reasonably intuitive, and I love the default font. It's really easy to look at for long periods of time.

Ordering was easy, shipping was quick, and the service with the one return I've had has so far been fast and easy.

It really is a great site, and I wouldn't have any reservations about steering family or friends here to buy gear.

The selection's great, and the only issues I've had have been with the respective manufacturers, and not with SE.

The thing I like most about SE is that they don't try to go nuts offering all kinds of crazy stuff like TVs, appliances, and other crap. It's not bloated like B&H, or others like that. It's basically just anything having to do with audio.

I have ordered from these folks so many times over the years and never had an issue. I cannot say how they handle problems as I have never had one but I wouldn't expect it to be an issue because they are so eager to please. They go out of their way to make sure customers are more than satisfied. Great Technical advice too, if someone isn't sure about additional items may be needed etc they have all the answers.
