I just had a problem with an amp I purchased from Sonic, I have no idea what caused the problem and really don't care I needed it taken care of.

I boxed it up in original packaging with all hardware and manuals called sonic for Return number and shipped... That was Thursday....

Today (Monday) only 3 days later I received an email that it would be replaced. I called and paid for shipping immediately
