There was incorrect item numbers on this product and I did contact Sonic with my complaint. I do have to say their response was quite quick and offered to refund without hesitation. I guess you would say that is correcting the issue to the satisfaction of the customer and the service rep was very effective in his email.

Your help was good. The link you sent directed me to the information I was in search of. I found out the ETA of my purchased item. And the response time to my email satisfactory.

Very helpful with my order process. All the problems were fixed as soon as prompted. Shipping says it will take roughly 5 business days. But over all satisfied with customer service and pricing.
