Just ordered some new Rockford gear for my ride. John was quite helpful and informative. I did stump him on one thing though, but we did figure it out. I appreciate the wonderful customer service I received. Such a relief after ordering other products through their competitors and getting horrible customer service and getting charged for something I didn't order.
