First off let me say I am a person that haven't called in an order or call tech support since the late 90's. I am one that always research (Google) any info I need. I just sold my Prelude and bought a TC RS8.0 and after about 3-4 weeks decided to add a sub, since 15 years old this has been the first car I've owned with out a system. With that being said I decided to go with something light to add little more bass and take up a small amount of space , the only problem was the nvx bass package I selected came with a truck style box, I noticed that they had another option for a square style box, I rolled the dice and called the 1-800 number and got John ext 2499. John was the most patient, courteous and helpful person I've dealt with in many years. John went as far as reconfiguring the package the exact way I wanted it, he took as much time as I need to get my package the way I needed, I even got a lower price on my total set up than what it was online. John at ext 2499 deserves a raise and promotion. Thanks again John for the great customer service!!!

I purchased a head unit and it took a couple days to process, and then come to see that the head unit didn't come with a wiring harness or an in-dash kit I called them up and they were able to help me out with the in- dash kit. Both items were shipped from Kentucky and arrived really fast! I was really impressed with the customer service and support both online and over the phone. Everything came as described and they were able to help me out. Thank you guys so much and definitely will be coming back for more for my next project.

We received excellent service from Sonic in a time of crisis. Sonic was more than helpful, getting our order out to us the next day after we placed the order at 3:00pm. This operation is run like a small business, caring about the low volume as well as the high volume customer. I will never use another another internet electronics company again...it's Sonic for our here on out.
Shayna was very fast and took care of all of the issues much faster then I had expected. I filed a request to change an order I had placed due to my own error on a Saturday. I didn't expect to hear back till the following Monday but to my surprise not only did I hear back within hours but she had already taken care of my request and fixed my mistake.
