I always used to buy from onlinecarstereo for the lower prices, than I looked here to compare and the prices are the same if not better. To top it off the customer service I received was super fast and straight forward. You have definitely got a new customer! Thank you!!
Wes McDonald sales support was absolutely phenomenal.
In short, we talked on the phone four separate times over two days with about 4+ hours of talk time with the last 1.5 call being 1.5 hours AFTER he suppose to go home on his Friday...
Expanded, I'm a huge car audio guy like I'm sure most of us are. well this is the first time i was able to build a system from front to back. Buying everything at once was difficult because its easy to miss things here and there so i sent a copy of my cart contents to the sales department just to insure everything was on track, good, quality, matches, etc.
The next day (i sent the email late the night before) i got a call from Wes and he was like "hey i got your email lets talk about it" i personally was blown away because i was expecting some sort of short email back saying "everything looks fine" and being no help... haha.
So we got to talking and i had just gotten to work so i asked to call back the next day. then i got a call the next day and talked for a while, i had to get some stuff done before work and he had to take his mandatory break. so i asked him to call me back in a hour. well i lost track of time and looked at the clock and i knew his shift ended at 3:30 and it was about 3:20 so i gave him a call and the line was busy. being super excited and very impatient i called back hoping to finish up with another sales person. well the other guy had said Wes' name out loud as he was walking out the door. He heard his name, turned around and signed back in to his computer and talked another 1.5 HOURS. wow i was shocked! but wait... maybe he was just trying to make an extra sale, although, i work in a place where my co-workers leave early all day long and make no effort to stay later nor make more money. so i felt its more than just a sale to him, like he actually cares! phenomenal!
so the actual conversation was all business. went down into the details of this brand and that brand and they used to be good this and they are bad that. etc. car audio talk. overall getting me to changed to almost all of his recommendations (but i researched each one before making the final purchase)
Overall, Wes is awesome. Give him a raise/promotion. He makes customers for life.
