I have always went through sonic electronix for all of my stereo equipment. Their customer service is above the rest. I have called them and asked various questions and always get the best advice. I ordered through woofers etc.when I ordered a 2 ohm sub. I received the subwoofer which came in a box that was labeled 2 ohm, as well as the invoice, however it wasn't until i had the stereo installation guy put my sub in an enclosed box, that he tested the ohms and found I was pulling 8 ohms.He showed me on the sub (near the speaker terminals)where it had a 4. Needless to say, I should have stuck with sonic electronix where I always get what I need with a quickness. Thanks sonic for helping me put together my system, I'm a an amp and a set of speakers away.

I ordered my product off Amazon. The product was great and arrived as described in brand new condition. My package did arrive a day late but Sonic Electronix did contact me regarding that and offered me a full refund on my purchase! That is what a call great customer service. Thank you!

When I contact customer service with a problem, I expect the reply to resemble in some way "we're sorry for the trouble". That's exactly what I got. Even though it may not have been their fault, they still said "we're sorry for the trouble". Just one more thing to appreciate about Sonic. My go-to store for car electronics!

I had a great experience with Sonic Electronix. I ordered a CD/Radio Double Dinn and the wiring harnes for my specific vechicle plus the face plate for the vechicle were thrown in for free. It was perfect for the install that went very smoothly. I checked for the same stereo on Amazon and found that Sonic Electronix was cheaper with the free items that I would have had to pay for on Amazon. I will definitely use Sonic Electronix again. The shipping was fast also.

Ordered some top review speakers from else where, hooked them up and kept kicking head unit out, called Sonic they told me why and gave me the solution and told me what I needed to know. Needless to say I ordered the subs from them and knew what I was getting into before I purchased them. They were cheaper than where I first ordered from and they took the time to find out what I was doing and made sure I ordered the right products and told me how to do it. These guys are no. 1 when it comes to this stuff.
