PANIC CITY! The Roland CD2U I purchased in August was defective after less than 90 days. On top of this, I had a huge show in Boston this weekend that required the machine or I would lose several thousand dollars unable to service clients there. Enter my Hero in Headphones, Khourin. Quick thinking, a cheerful demeanor, and a little dashing here and there and he was able to ship me a new machine and overnight it to me in New York. He also told me how Sonic Electronix would honor their warranty and refund the price of the 2d machine when I returned the defective one. Service above and beyond! I was desperately looking for the Sony SBH52 headset. May vendors stated that they would not have the device for at least another several week. After much searching I was able to find the device on Sonic electronics. Shipping was the next day and equipment arrived intact. Customer service was excellent.
