Very fast customer service reply and remedy for a mistake I made while ordering a product. Problem was solved within 30-45 min of original order placement. This was done on a Friday night BTW, not exactly the time I would expect a lot of customer service help to be available. Thanks again for such quick help fixing my error.
Great service overall. Just had issues with the long shipment via DHL to receive some battery posts for my new XS power D3400. I'm less than 1 hour away and it has been 5 days, I still have not received it.
Other than DHL, Sonic is a great place to shop for anything car audio related.
