Sonic Electronix is by far the best place to buy audio equipment online. They ship quickly, don't misrepresent the products they're selling you and possibly the best part about Sonic Electronix is the customer service, they are helpful and knowledgeable about what they're selling and very polite people. You may find cheaper sites but you wont find more helpful people or better customer service. I've bought from Sonic Electronix and I will buy from them again.

Didn't complete an order i was thinking about placing but recieved a confirmation email that i had. Sent customer support and email asking to cancel the order and they replied to me the next day, which suprised me because it was a sunday. They had cancelled the order quickly and without question. When I originally came to SonocElectronix.com I was hesitant because I couldn't believe the prices. I checked several times online and even called their customer care center. It dawned on me that since these prices were so low, several other people where taking advantage too! A rep went step by step in making sure I had exactly what I needed for my particular vehicle. In classic Customer Satisfaction Sonic made it!!! Sonic had my parts here within a few days. And kept a very open line of communication on payment and the location of my order. I recently ordered a Clarion CX501 for my heavily modified 2004 Mach 1 Mustang. It took all of two days for my CX501 to arrive on my doorstep. When I had placed the order I neglected to mention the type of car I was purchasing the stereo for. I immediately received an email from Sonic Electronix requesting the make and model of my car so they could send me the free instillation hardware. They could have kept silent and I never would have been the wiser. Sonic Electronix treated me the way all businesses should treat their customers. They were professional and prompt and highly recommended.
