I ordered a digital recorder. It was shipped within a day. From an unknown reason the shipment was delayed. After a month, I contacted Sonic. They immediately contacted the shipping company and resolved the problem. They did not charge me! They just wanted to make sure that I was satisfied. This is quite rare service for which I'm very grateful. Thanks!
